NME Names Born This Way Most Pretentious Album Ever
Very interesting. Her Born This Way album came out with tons of hype, and then nothing. A couple singles hit the airwaves with decent numbers from Mediabase, but popularity amongst new fans was non existent.
This happens though with new Pop stars jumping into the scene making new or modified statements in music. This moment will pass for Gaga, hopefully. Most of us do agree though, from the moment “Born This Way” hit the airwaves, we all new it sounded way too familiar to be truly unique to Gaga.
